The specific articulation of the campus determines whether CCC courses on each UC campus meet the high requirements, large or other. Each campus manages the following: Current course agreements indicate community college courses that are comparable or « acceptable » with the corresponding courses on a particular UC campus. CCC, CSU, UC articulated course conventions are listed by school or grouped by discipline/academic department. Current study programs/major documents with specific transfer agreements with California public institutions [California Community Colleges (CCC), California State Universities (CSU) or University of California (UC)]. These courses should be completed before the transfer, whenever possible. SJSU articulation agreements are formal agreements between a transfer campus and the SJSU. They determine how courses taught in a transfer school can be used to meet a SJSU requirement. Each UC campus uses information in transferable course agreements to develop campus-specific articulation agreements with California community colleges. These campus-specific agreements allow future transfer students to prepare for the transition to UC while enrolling in a community college. The articulation is the framework for determining the portability of community course work at the UC. Through the articulation process, UC and the California Community System (CCC) help prepare students for the transition and transition to UC campuses.

The Main Preparation Agreements define community university courses that meet the requirements of the majors at each UC campus. California Intersegmental Articulation Council (CIAC) Joint Manual (pdf) > Campus Joint Officers are liaison officers between community college articulation officers and UC deans. General broadband education agreements consist of current courses that a student can take at a California university college or another CSU to meet the requirements of California State University. International GE agreements are available below on GE`s width page. UC works with CCCs to establish course labelling agreements that serve as central documents for transfer arithmetic. There are three types of articulation agreements managed by uc. SJSU focuses primarily on securing articulation agreements with California community colleges, as they are our main feeder schools. Most of these agreements identify California Community courts that can be used instead of a SJSU course to meet secondary requirements specific to the SJSU. From university to university and other regionally accredited higher education and university professionals, we are not a top priority.
CCC has entered into the following articulation agreements with publicly traded universities/universities. These agreements define curricula that meet the needs of higher education institutions or the host university. San Jose State University has completed its transfer studies with more than 130 public colleges and universities in California.
